Modern work hasn’t become harder because people are less capable.
It’s become harder because leaders are operating inside conditions where priorities conflict, expectations multiply, and meaning erodes
faster than decisions can stabilize. BBHQ works with leaders to make sense of these conditions so they can respond with judgment
and intent rather than default adaptation.
This work helps leaders see and improve decision making:
* what is actually shaping behavior and decisions right now
* where effort is being absorbed, distorted, or misdirected
* which contradictions are being carried rather than resolved
* what choices are genuinely available next
How I Work
Your Thinking Partner & Provocateur
All engagements begin with a short scoping conversation to determine fit. This work is not appropriate for every situation.
I work primarily through confidential 1:1 Insight Sessions with leaders. These are focused, structured conversations designed to support clear thinking and sound judgment in complex environments.
Insight Sessions are not coaching, facilitation, or team development.
My role is as a thinking partner, offering a disciplined lens and process to help you:
- read the system you are operating inside
- understand how your responses are shaping outcomes
- decide how you want to participate going forward
Most sessions are conducted remotely. In-person work is provided in limited, high-impact situations where it adds clear value. To protect depth and quality, I intentionally limit the number of 1:1 Insight Session clients I take on each quarter.

Insight Sessions are confidential, high-trust sensemaking conversations for leaders navigating contradiction, absurd demands, and unclear signals at work.
These are not coaching sessions and not therapy.
They are structured inquiry sessions designed to help you see the patterns you’re operating inside, regain orientation, and make deliberate choices about how you want to participate.
Insight Sessions are for people who:
- feel pulled in opposing directions
- are carrying responsibility without clarity
- sense something is “off” but can’t quite name it
- want to think clearly before acting

This work recognizes that sensemaking is relational. Yet program do not include a moderated community. Instead, it’s designed to support reflection through optional peer conversations, private inquiry, and one-time shared sensemaking moments
