BBHQ works with the bodies that shape leadership practice, policy, and decision-making beyond a single organization — including professional associations, institutes, business schools, public sector bodies, and cross-sector networks. 

This work is often taken up directly by institutions or through practitioners and advisors working within or alongside these ecosystems. 

This work focuses on orientation, framing, and collective sensemaking rather than program delivery or facilitation.
