BBHQ is built on shared curiosity. Here’s how you can join the experiment.
When you’re ready to go deeper, Work With Us describes how we work with leaders, teams, and creative partners.

We teach the Behaving Badly Method,
our leadership and transformation framework. It helps people slow down, notice their patterns, and understand the hidden forces that shape how they work and lead. This lens sits behind everything we create, from the Deep Dive to our Field Notes to the private insight sessions we offer leaders.
In 2025 and 2026 we focus on practical, reflective learning experiences that help people integrate what feels fractured in their work and life. These are not full certification programs. They are small, insight-driven offerings designed to help leaders reset and reconnect with how they want to show up.
Our learning experiences include:
• Leadership reset intensives
• Micro-labs and small group workshops
• Systems insight sessions for individuals and teams
• Field-based learning using emerging BBHQ frameworks
Future Certification
Certification and facilitator licensing programs are planned for a future phase of the BBHQ Academy and will launch once the methodology has fully matured. These advanced programs are targeted for 2027. Sign up for the newsletter to be notified when they open.

BB Publishing produces reports, manuals, and creative tools that turn behavioural insight into practice. Our Behaving Badly Books™ collections offer practical reminders and reflective tools to bring learning to life, in the office or out in the world.

Private, high-trust conversations with
Charleen Johnson (certified ICF executive coach) for leaders who want clearer thinking, deeper perspective, and a way to lead that doesn’t fragment them.
Two formats available:
• Personal Insight Session
For leaders exploring how they’re showing up, what’s fractured, and what needs to realign.
• Systems Insight Session
For understanding the hidden patterns shaping your team, culture, and organisation.
These sessions aren’t conventional “coaching.” They’re reflective, insight-driven dialogues blending behavioural science, humour, and systems thinking to help leaders see their blind spots and reset how they lead.
