About

Our Mission

BBHQ is a creative studio and investigative platform working at the intersection of research, satire, and social commentary. We study absurdity not as dysfunction, but as signal. Of the gap between what organisations believe and what's actually true. Of systems that have lost contact with what's real. Of a great civilisational transition that most people can feel but few have language for.

We document what organisations cannot say about themselves. Through field observation, satirical writing, research, and tools for practitioners, BBHQ names the patterns that formal systems miss, suppress, or paper over. Noticing is where it starts.

The BBHQ Manifesto is here.

Who We Serve

This work is for people who can see what's happening and want language for it. Specifically:

  • Leaders navigating the gap between the official story and operational reality.
  • Coaches and consultants who want deeper diagnostic tools than traditional frameworks provide.
  • Practitioners and institutions ready to engage seriously with what is actually happening, not just what the formal systems are reporting.
