Workplace Squeeze Assessment

 Extended Reflective Version

This extended assessment builds on the public Workplace Squeeze Snapshot.

While the Snapshot helps you quickly identify where pressure may be concentrating, this version slows the process down. It includes structured reflection prompts designed to help you:

  • Notice patterns you may have normalized
  • Surface structural, relational, and self-imposed tensions
  • Distinguish conditions from personal response
  • Map where pressure is stacking across your work

This is not a scored tool. It is a guided reflection process.

Set aside 20 to 30 minutes.
Move through it without rushing. The goal is not to fix anything.
The goal is to see more clearly.

The full interpretation and developmental application are explored inside the Squeeze Course.

Who Ate My Muffin?

A Parable for Everyday Workplace Absurdities

This piece uses humor to surface patterns that are often easier to laugh at than to name.

“Who Ate My Muffin?” explores what happens when small, seemingly trivial workplace tensions reveal larger structural contradictions underneath.

Through satire and close observation, it highlights:

  • How responsibility quietly shifts without being owned
  • How minor irritations signal deeper coordination gaps
  • How capable people adapt in ways that make strain invisible
  • How absurd moments often point to misaligned systems, not flawed individuals

It’s light on the surface. It’s diagnostic underneath.

Satirical sensemaking works by making the strange visible.
When something feels oddly familiar or slightly ridiculous, that reaction is data.

Read it with curiosity, not judgment.
